The ASMT-Ax3x series, from Avago Technologies, are 3W power LED light sources. The ASMT-Ax3x series are energy efficient LEDs which offer high performance. They can also handle high termal and high driving current. An exposed pad design allows for efficient heat transfer from the LED to the motherboard. The ASMT-Ax3x LEDs have a low profile packae which is ideal for use in applications where height is restricted. Ideal applications for the ASMT-Ax3x LEDs include; architecture, channel backlighting, contouring, retail displays, decorative lighting, garden lighting, emergency signage and task lighting.
