From Carling Technologies, the Contura V series of sealed rocker switches designed for panel mounting. The IP65/68 waterproof switches are robustly constructed from toughened engineering materials providing complete protection from dust, extended spray and submersion. Contura V switches are recognized to UL1500 – Ignition Protection for Marine Products. These switches are shock, vibration, thermos-shock, moisture and salt spray resistant.

The Contura V series of rocker switches are available in both standard non-illuminated or illuminated versions with incandescent, neon and a wide variety of LEDs including superbrite,

flashing and bi-colour.

With an extensive range of removable rocker actuators in various legend designs and colours, the Contura V rocker switches provide countless options for panel designs. A handy actuator tool is available separately for quick removal and replacement of rocker faces. ( part number 665-562)

With a choice of momentary or latching switching in single pole double pole and triple pole contact configurations, the V series of rockers offer an array of circuit solutions.

Fitting is easy, once the recommended panel cut-out is made ( 21.8 x 36.8) the panel mount rocker switches simple snap in to the aperture. The multi-step mounting wings provide a secure fit for panel thicknesses of 0.8 mm to 6.35 mm.
