Soft starters are suitable for industrial applications with high inertia loads that call for a large inrush of current.

The soft start and stopping times of this starter are between 1 and 10 seconds.

The TeSys U is a modular system for motor control; it enables the user to create a customised solution for their control requirements, from a series of standard modules. The plug-in modules allow the assembly and wiring before the selection of motor protection parameters and control voltages, they can be created or changed in seconds by changing the plug-in modules. A host of DOL starting applications can be catered for.

First choose a Power Base- 12A or 32A, direct on line or reversing. The power base includes 2 auxiliary contacts.
Then choose the plug-in protection module by motor full load current and control voltage required.
